Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Remote with occasional office attendance. Ideal Location- M62 Corridor

Salary: £32,000 - £40,000 per annumdepending on experience

Experience Required: 2+ years' industry experience in a sales or engineer role with design knowledge.

Industry: Electronic Security Industry (CCTV, Access Control and Intruder Systems)

delivering quality projects and outstanding service. We are currently seeking a motivated Sales Executives to join our team to drive sales in both new and existing business providing an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Business Development:
    • Identify, and pursue new sales opportunities within the electronic security sector, including CCTV, access control, alarm systems, and integrated security solutions.
    • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects through networking, cold calling, and industry events.
    • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and cost proposals tailored to the needs of potential clients.
    • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Account Management:
    • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
    • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their security requirements.
    • Conduct regular follow-ups and business reviews with clients to ensure they are satisfied with the products and services provided.
  • Technical Consultation:
    • Utilize your technical background to consult clients on the best electronic security solutions for their needs.
    • Collaborate with the technical team to design and propose customized security solutions.
    • Stay updated on the latest technologies and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
  • Reporting and Customer Service
    • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management including maintaining an updating the CRM System.
    • Work closely with marketing to align sales efforts with promotional activities.
    • Work closely with the team and the sales manager to coordinate sales efforts and maintain excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of sales experience in the electronic security industry, with a strong technical or engineering background.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with design knowledge and regulations for electronic security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems. We will consider Security Engineers who are looking for a sales role.
  • Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical clients.
  • Customer Focused: Strong customer service focus with the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships.
  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients.
