The consultancy is on the look out for a Lead UiPath Developerto join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, driving end to end process efficiency through automation and AI solutions. You will be part of an extraordinary team that thrives on creative problem-solving and implementing cutting-edge technologies across the globe.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing, developing, and deploying end-to-end automation solutions using UiPath to streamline business processes.
  • Working closely with clients and internal stakeholders to analyse operations and identify opportunities for intelligent automation.
  • Ensuring robust, scalable, and reliable automation by adhering to best practices in development, testing, and deployment.
  • Proactively optimising and maintaining existing workflows to enhance performance and reliability.
  • Providing expert troubleshooting, training, and support to end-users for implemented RPA solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an RPA Developer with deep proficiency in UiPath workflow design and implementation.
  • Knowledge of RPA best practices and methodologies, with a track record of delivering successful automation projects.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Technical skills in areas such as API integration, VB.NET, C#, or Python are highly desirable.
  • Prior experience or strong proven interest in AI such as Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLM's etc
