Your new companyHays are pleased to be working with a leader in the manufacturing and engineering industry to recruit a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team on a minimum 12-month fixed-term contract. Your new role

  • Partner with hiring managers to provide strategic support and advice in relation recruitment
  • Source candidates and build talent pipelines
  • Manage the recruitment process from end to end
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience
  • Where needed, manage the relationship with recruitment agencies
  • Manage international recruitment ensuring visa requirements are met
  • Update recruitment database
  • Analyse and implement process improvements
  • Produce and monitor Time to Hire and other recruitment KPI's
  • Work closely with the wider HR team

What you'll need to succeed

  • 3 years or more recruitment experience with experience of managing multiple recruitment campaigns, ideally within a construction, manufacturing or engineering company.
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment campaigns.
  • Demonstratable experience of ensuring "best practice" recruitment methods
  • Previous experience of on-line recruitment systems
  • Minimum 5 GCSEs Grade C or above to include Maths and EnglishWhat you'll get in return
