We are seeking a talented Development/Events Chef to join a dynamic team in Central London. This is a unique opportunity for a chef with a strong background in Rosette or Michelin-starred kitchens to lead this culinary development and manage high-profile events.

Development/Events Chef Ideal Profile:

• Proven culinary experience in Rosette or Michelin-starred environments
• Exceptional skills in menu development, with a creative approach to cuisine and presentation
• Demonstrated ability to manage and execute high-end events and dinners
• Strong leadership skills with experience in training and mentoring kitchen staff
• A passion for culinary excellence and a drive to innovate within the industry

Development/Events Chef Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative menus and culinary concepts for a variety of events
• Lead and manage all aspects of kitchen operations during events, ensuring flawless execution
• Collaborate with management and clients to tailor culinary experiences to specific events and preferences
• Maintain the highest standards of food quality and hygiene
• Conduct training sessions with kitchen staff to ensure consistent excellence in food preparation and presentation
