Salary: £40,000 per annum (Uncapped Commission - £60K OTE)

Location: Remote, nationwide travel

About the Role

This isnt your typical 9-to-5. As a Sales and Events Manager, youll be out in the field scouting emerging talent, negotiating deals with venues, and ensuring every event runs smoothly. Your goal? To find and sign incredible bands, connect them with venues, and help hit the company annual profit target. From attending live gigs to organising standout events, youll be the link between artists, venues, and unforgettable audience experiences.

Youll need to balance creative energy with commercial acumen, managing everything from talent onboarding to contracts and social media updates. No two days will be the same, but every day will bring you closer to shaping the live music scene.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday (flexible hours to suit your workflow).
  • Regular weekend gigs and events to scout talent and oversee performances.

Key Duties

  • Attend live music events to scout talent and grow the roster with 20 new acts monthly.
  • Organise concerts and events, handling everything from initial planning to execution.
  • Build strong relationships with venues of all sizes, negotiating contracts and bookings.
  • Represent the company at gigs, ensuring artists and venues are satisfied with the experience.
  • Collaborate with clients and venues to produce recordings, promotional content, and events.
  • Manage data efficiently to support the companys operations.
  • Keep the website and social media channels fresh with updates and content.
  • Provide outstanding support to artists, venues, and event teams.

Key Requirements

  • At least five years of experience in sales or events management (for the £40k+ salary).
  • A deep passion for live music and a strong understanding of the industry.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Flexibility to travel nationwide and attend gigs on weekends.
