Your new companyAn exciting manufacturing company close to Lurgan who manufacture for the healthcare industry. Due to new projects they have a requirement for a new Production Operative.By joining the company, you become part of a collaborative environment where your contributions are celebrated, and your career development is a priority.Your new roleProduction Operators will assemble and inspect medical simulation products according to established specifications and quality standards. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will collaborate with a supportive team to meet production targets in a safe, efficient manner. This role is ideal for someone who values teamwork, attention to detail, and a positive work environment.Mon - Fri: 8am to 4pmWhat you'll need to succeedPrior experience in an assembly or manufacturing environment is a plus. Basic familiarity with using hand tools, power tools, and/or automated assembly equipment. Understanding of quality control procedures and best practices. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, conducive to a team-oriented environment. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting. Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.What you'll get in return
