This role involves working within the Financial Planning sector alongside the sales teams. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the business to ensure weekly sales performance is comprehended, aiding in driving future business performance.
- Analysing performance drivers and utilising these insights, along with market data, to guide sales budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
- Assisting in the development and execution of commercial plans, strategic initiatives, and relevant business projects.
- Collaborating closely with sales teams and other key stakeholders.
- Monitoring and providing insights into market performance and economic factors affecting sales and profitability, including inflation reporting.
- Ensuring robust financial controls and processes are in place across the business.
- Supporting the management and reporting of customer, brand, and profitability.
Qualifications and SkillsThe ideal candidate would have:
- A professional accountancy qualification (e.g., ACA, CIMA, ACCA).
- Previous experience in an analytical or commercial role.
- Extensive experience in stakeholder management and working with senior stakeholders within an organisation.
- Strong numerical skills and proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
