Senior Treasury Analyst required to join our global service sector client based in Glasgow. You will be primarily responsible for supporting the international treasury operations and global bank fee analytics and automation of the business.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Analysing and monitoring bank fees globally, as well as identifying cost saving opportunities
  • Maintaining and developing banking relationships
  • Assisting with payments by developing and implementing policies and procedures for international payments
  • Managing international payments including foreign currency transactions and cross-border settlements, as well as identifying and resolving any issues.
  • Collaborating with various stakeholders to streamline and automate international payments processes.
  • Preparing reporting and presentations to communicate international payment activities.
  • Completing analysis of bank fees, as well as identifying any errors
  • Collaborating with the finance team to ensure bank fees are recorded appropriately within the financial statements and budgets.
  • Key involvement in the global operational forecasting to improve the cash forecasting model, by understanding country specific cash flows and timings.
  • Utilising the treasury management systems, to keep it up to date, and support the expansion of payment module into new countries.
  • Managing multilateral netting

Applicants will be educated to degree level (within accounting, finance, business etc) and will have experience gained within a similar treasury role (ideally on an international basis). Most importantly you will have strong quantitative analytical skills as well as strong communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders across the business. It is also important to have strong excel skills, as well as experience of cash modelling and reporting.
