A leading estate agency are searching for an Assistant Finance Manager to join their growing team based in West London. This is a great opportunity for a newly qualified accountant looking to play a key role in the finance team and aid with the strategy of an expanding business.

Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 + benefits

Location: West London, OFFICE-BASED

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting directly to the CFO you will be responsible for:

Prepare financial statements and management reports monthly, quarterly, and annually.
Monitor financial performance against budgets, providing actionable insights and supporting budget planning and forecasting.
Collaborate with internal leaders for financial oversight and ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax filings, and audits.
Oversee Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes, ensuring accuracy in financial data across CRM and Oracle Systems
Liaise with tax agents and work with auditors to ensure compliance and timely, accurate audits.
Support the Finance Manager and CFO in aligning with the overall financial strategy of the business.

EXPERIENCE & CHARACTERISTICS

ACCA/ ACA/CIMA Qualified
Extensive experience in financial reporting and planning
Ideally strong experience within commercial real estate
Systems/ processes improvement experience is advantageous
