This role is for a meticulous Compliance Tax Senior Manager based in Belfast, who will manage and oversee the smooth running of a tax team who will be supporting clients with their Corporate Tax Compliance and Tax Accounting obligations. . The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of tax regulations and an ability to lead a team effectively.

Description

  • Oversee all tax compliance duties for your clients
  • Manage and lead a team of tax professionals
  • Develop and implement strategic tax planning for all necessary submissions
  • Ensure the company meets all its statutory and compliance obligations, including statutory accounting and tax issues
  • Budget Management
  • Keep abreast of changes in tax law and the market to ensure compliance
  • Work collaboratively with other departments within the company
  • Communicate effectively with clients, HMRC, auditors and other external bodies
  • Deliver high-quality, professional, and proactive service to all clients

Profile

A successful Compliance Tax Senior Manager should have:

  • An advanced understanding of tax regulations
  • Must have UK corporate tax skills
  • Must possess a tax professional qualification (e.g. ACA, ATT, CTA, ACCA (or an international equivalent)
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
