Our client is the UK's leading designer, manufacturer, and distributor of high-quality bathroom products, and they present you with an exciting opportunity to join their Executive Team as a GroupChief Financial Officer (CFO).

About the Role

As a member of the Executive Team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the company's strategy for long-term profitable growth and driving shareholder value. Leading a dynamic team across the UK, China, and the UAE, youll have responsibility for financial reporting, budgeting, cashflow management, and compliance.

With a £100M turnover and a diverse portfolio of major brands, this is your chance to drive performance in a global manufacturing business with a fast-paced and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities for the CFO:
  • Oversee financial reporting, audits, and covenant reporting.
  • Manage group budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow analysis.
  • Lead financial governance and compliance, including taxation.
  • Partner with banks for funding and capital management.
  • Chair monthly board meetings for subsidiaries.
  • Identify and deliver margin improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
About You:
  • Qualified accountant (preferably ACA) with 10+ years of post-qualification experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and team leadership skills.
  • Proven expertise in group reporting and SAP-based environments.
  • Experience in manufacturing and raising capital is highly advantageous.
  • Confidence in strategic decision-making and execution.
Your Team:

As Group CFO, and an integral part of the C-Suite, you will lead a highly skilled finance team with direct reports who manage operations across the UK and overseas, ensuring collaboration and excellence in all financial operations.

Remuneration Package:
  • Competitive salary of circa £150k+ (depending on experience).
  • 10% employer pension contributions.
  • Participation in the Quarterly Executive Bonus Scheme (up to 0.4% of Group EBITDA) potentially increasing the annual remuneration to around £200k
  • Private medical insurance
  • Generous death-in-service cover.
  • Equity Share Scheme to be drafted by you as the CFO
