RECfinancial is partnering with a North Leicestershire based business in their search to appoint a Finance Manager to the team.

The role will be based at the firm's head office which is commutabledistance from all areas of Leicester / Leicestershire including Loughborough, Coalville, Castle Donington, Ashby de la Zouch, Nottingham and Derby.
Reporting to the Finance Director of this privatelyowned business with revenues in excess of 100 million pounds, This exciting Finance Manager role is a pivotalhire for the business. The role will be responsible for all aspects of the firm's monthlymanagement accounts & supporting analysis, assistingwith annual budgeting and forecasting, supporting the FD with period / year end, VAT returns and overseeing the transactional teams. The business is keen to hire a candidate who has a broad skill set that both covers management and financial accounting. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a role that involves working with the wider business and who is an excellent communicator. You will have a good eye for process improvements and identifying efficiencies. The client will consider candidates who are either QBE or studying / qualified for CIMA or ACCA. The role has a salary range of between £45,000 and £55,000 plus benefits.
