They are now seeking a highly competent Finance Manager to optimise financial operations, enhance strategic planning, and drive fiscal efficiency. Reporting directly to the senior leadership team, you will oversee the organisation's financial health and strategy, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, efficiency in budgeting, and compliance with regulatory standards.
As the Finance Manager you will be:
- Managing financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis
- Preparing monthly management accounts, financial statements, and reconciliations
- Overseeing accounts payable and receivable functions to maintain operational efficiency
- Ensuring compliance with tax regulations, VAT submissions, and payroll coordination
- Providing financial insights and strategic recommendations to support decision-making
- Partnering with leadership to refine financial strategies and drive sustainable growth
- Liaising with external accountants, auditors, and financial stakeholders as required
- Optimising financial systems and reporting tools to enhance efficiency.
They are looking for Finance Managers who have:
- A proven background in finance, ideally as a Finance Manager or in a similar leadership role
- A professional finance qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or equivalent)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to convey financial information clearly to non-finance colleagues
- Adaptability and a solutions-driven approach to financial challenges
- A positive attitude and willingness to contribute beyond core finance functions.
