Finance Manager (Property Services) - Home Based (in the UK)

Carbon60 are looking to recruit an experienced Finance Manager to join a worldwide property services company, to support them with the financials for the global account.

Location: Home Based in UK with travel for internal meetings
Salary: £70 - £80k per annum, depending on experience + Excellent company benefits
Working hours: Monday - Friday

Role:

Act as the primary financial support for the Global Account, aiding site teams and Account Directors in decision-making.
Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecast process with senior site managers and challenge/support as required.
Coordinate timely and accurate client invoicing, ensuring proper financial control over cash and costs.
Provide detailed financial analysis and commentary to support performance improvements across the account.
Attend client meetings and reviews, offering financial insights and building strong client relationships.
Deliver clear financial reporting to both internal and external stakeholders.

Person Specifics:

Degree-level education or equivalent, with an accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in finance, ideally with commercial exposure.
Strong financial modelling and analysis skills with the ability to provide clear insights.
Excellent communication skills to interact with finance teams and clients at all levels.
Experience working in a large, matrixed organisation and managing complex financial processes.
