The Role

As a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, you will:

  • Oversee the planning and delivery of strategic financial processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and external reporting.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to uncover opportunities for revenue growth, cost savings, and effective capital utilization.
  • Build and refine financial models that support strategic decision-making and commercial success.
  • Partner with technology teams to enhance financial systems and create user-friendly management dashboards.

About You

Were looking for someone with:

  • A professional qualification (CIMA, CA, ACCA, ACA or CFA) or extensive relevant experience.
  • Proven expertise in financial planning, forecasting, and strategic analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, paired with a results-oriented approach.
  • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across diverse teams.
  • Practical experience in streamlining processes and leveraging financial technology.
