It's important to note that this is initially a 6 Month Contract but does have a strong likelihood of being extended or being made permanent.

What you can expect:

Contacting arrears customer directly to discuss possible long term sustainable resolutions to the mortgage arrears situation.
Completion of detailed Standard Financial Statements with Borrowers.
Carrying out detailed assessments of customers current financial profile and making suitable recommendations.

What you need apply:

QFA or APA.
Credit Analysis, underwriting and debt solutions experience.
Ability to fully assess a borrowers circumstances including analysis of previous payment patterns and assessment of income and expenditure with a view to establishing their current financial profile.
