AI Solutions Engineer
Salary: £60,000 - £90,000 + Equity
Location: Remote with flexibility for client visits

An established Generative AI startup is seeking passionate AI Solutions Engineers with experience in building LLM proof of concepts to join their team. You will collaborate with both company and client engineers in small teams to design, build, and deploy AI applications, with a focus on agents based on Large Language Models. Additionally, you will play a key role in shaping AI strategy and implementing custom AI solutions tailored to client-specific needs.

Responsibilities:

AI Solution Development: Design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions, focusing on agents based on large language models.
Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and demonstrate how AI can address them.
Technical Problem-Solving: Resolve complex issues during AI solution development.
Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated AI solutions.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on AI advancements and improve solution quality.
Quality Assurance: Test and ensure the reliability and safety of AI solutions.
Ethical Compliance: Promote ethical AI practices, including data privacy and bias minimisation.
Client Support: Train and support clients in using AI solutions effectively.

Essential Experience:

Python Proficiency: Strong Python skills with the ability to write production-level code.
AI Model Development: Hands-on experience in developing, training, and deploying AI models.
LLM Experience: Proven track record in building LLM proof of concepts, particularly focused on AI agents.
Communication Skills: Ability to clearly explain problems and solutions and interact effectively with clients.
