Description:

The primary purpose of this role is to serve as a full-time Approved Mental Health Professional (AMHP), playing a vital role in supporting individuals facing mental health crises. You will be responsible for conducting assessments under the Mental Health Act, triaging referrals, and collaborating with healthcare providers and families to ensure individuals receive the appropriate care and support they need. Your work will be crucial in promoting the well-being and rights of those in our community

Requirements:

  • AMHP Qualification
  • Significant experience working as an AMHP
  • Registered with Social Care Wales
  • Up-to-date DBS check
