Turner Lovell's client is a leading provider of energy infrastructure solutions, specializing in the construction, maintenance, and upgrade of energy networks.
We are seeking a skilled Civil Operative to join our clients team in Cornwall. As a Civil Operative, you will play a crucial role in delivering vital energy infrastructure project. Your responsibilities will include operating heavy machinery, performing manual labor tasks, and adhering to strict health and safety guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate heavy machinery such as excavators, bulldozers, and rollers.
Perform manual labor tasks, including digging trenches, laying pipes, and installing cables.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
Work effectively as part of a team to achieve project objectives.
Assist with site preparation and cleanup activities.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

Previous experience as a Civil Operative or in a related field.
Have experience on 132-400kV substation projects in the UK.
Valid NG Persons, Safety Passport, and HSG 47 certifications.
Strong mechanical and technical skills
