FJA are recruiting on behalf of a leading service provider in the utilities industry for a Customer Side Leakage Technician to strengthen their asset survey team.

Location: South-East and South-West England/ Kent

Customer Side Leakage Technician role:

Attend appointments at customer properties to identify and address water leaks

Inspect properties, verify meter readings, and guide customers through leak repairs

Customer Side Leakage Technician responsibilities:

Prioritises safety and well-being in the workplace, adhering to regulations and preventing risks
Identify and assess leak sources
Understand water systems, plans, and schematics
Efficiently plan routes in Hampshire
Verify meter readings

Customer Side Leakage Technician requirements:

Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional service
Strong understanding of technical drawings, including the ability to interpret and analyse complex diagrams and layouts
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrate a strong work ethic, personal drive, and commitment to achieving daily targets
Full UK driving licence
Familiarity with Hampshire's road network and geography to minimise travel time
