- Qualifications in Hospitality Management or relevant discipline.
- Previous experience as a Director/ Assistant Director of Food & Beverage or similar within a luxury environment.
- Good understanding & experience of Food & Beverage service to a 5* level.
- Excellent attention to detail & customer focused attitude.
- Good understanding of operations – payroll, budgeting etc.
- Strong understanding of relevant health & safety regulations.
- Strong communication skills.
- Responsible for all Food & Beverage operations across the hotel’s facilities including restaurants, bars, private events, lounges etc.
- Overseeing the Food & Beverage department to ensure standards are being met at all times.
- Work closely with HR during recruitment processes.
- Working closely with other departments such as sales & marketing on various tasks when required.
