This high-profile ECommerce Trading Coordinator role is responsible for supporting the Senior Online Trading Manager in the planning and execution of e-commerce trading of international websites (USA, Germany & Rest of World), the role will be pivotal in providing a seamless customer journey and optimum merchandising strategy.

Key accountabilities

E Commerce Trading & Reporting

1.Update and maintain planning documents for the online trading calendar in line with campaign briefs and site merchandising.

2.Analyse data from Google Analytics and produce reports to identify how to maximise sales.

3.Reporting on KPIs including but not limited to: Conversion, Revenue, AOV, Sessions, Bounce Rate etc.

4.Monitor bestsellers & on-site trends across our international sites identifying reasons for performance and key opportunities.

5.Take ownership for trading our international sites, USA, and Rest of World.

Site Merchandising and Online Production

1.Manage briefs and Jira tickets for homepage and content updates liaising with the creative team to make sure handover dates are on track.

2.Create homepage updates via HTML and manage content spots across website. With support from the Online Admin Assistant.

3.Manage promotional setup including campaigns, source codes and coupon codes.

4.Maintaining and optimising on-site customer journey for all devices in line with the business goals and trading plan

5.Work closely with the Online Admin Assistant to monitor product launch and make sure products are localised.

Desired Skills and Experience:

Must have Ecommerce experience of trading International websites

Experience working on non-English language sites desirable, ideally German websites.

CMS experience, ideally Salesforce Commerce Cloud

Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal

Experience working in a fast-paced retail e-commerce environment
