We are seeking an F&B Operations Manager to join this dynamic team and help them deliver unforgettable stays for all guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and smooth coordination across departments.
- Supervise and inspire staff, maintaining high levels of motivation and performance.
- Manage F&B and Events operations and upholding their reputation for personalised service.
- Assist in inventory control, ordering, and supplier relationships to ensure seamless provision of services.
- Take a hands-on approach to problem-solving, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues swiftly and professionally.
- Work closely with the kitchen and events team to deliver memorable dining experiences and bespoke events, including weddings and retreats.
About you:
- Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hospitality setting, ideally in boutique hotels or retreats.
- Extensive knowledge of High-quality F&B and Events driven operations
- A warm, approachable demeanour with a passion for guest satisfaction.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in French and English
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle unexpected challenges with ease.
- Due to the rural location you must have your own transport and licence
