Essential Qualifications and Skills:

10 years of experience working in CDM
CMIOSH Chartered Member of IOSH
Member of APS
An architectural qualification is desirable
Experience and understanding of design and construction management methodologies
Proven skills in delivering CDM and H&S consultancy services
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Resilient in coping with conflicting demands
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; articulate and diplomatic
Fluent in both written and spoken English
Demonstrated initiative and proactive approach to tasks
Methodical, accurate, and consistent attention to detail
Design experience, preferably in architecture or engineering
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Excellent organisational skills
