Multitrade Operative arerequired for a temporary to permanent role within the social housing sector,based in Liverpool.
Must have
Must have served a recognised Apprenticeship and qualification (NVQ L2/L3). Experience of working as a Multi Trade Joiner/Plumber and the installation of wet rooms & Disabled adaptions. Competent in all aspects of the Joiner and/or Plumbing trade discipline. Plastering trade discipline (desirable). Ability to carry out multi skill trades, and core joinery or plumbing and experience working within a social housing environment (desirable). Driving licence is essential. Skilled workers will hold a CSCS card, have asbestos awareness and have own tools.
Duties
Multi trade skilled operative and capable of complete works in other constructiontrades including patching, plastering, wall and floor tiling and minor plumbing activities.
Repair, renew & fit roofing trusses for traditional, hips and valleys and repair, renew &fit soffit fascia and barge boards.
Repair and renew kitchen units, work tops and decorative finishes
- Repair and renew timber and UPVC window frames
Repair and replace/fit ironmongery to doors and windows
