We are recruiting for an experienced/qualified Plumber Multi Trader to join our Voided Property Team in Oxfordshire. A company van and fuel card will be provided, ensuring you won't be out of pocket while traveling for work.

Plumber Multi Traders Key Responsibilities:

Carry out plumbing repairs and maintenance in properties
Install replacement sanitary ware, baths, shower trays, level decks, and associated equipment
Install new pipework, taps, and kitchen sinks
Repair water mains supplies, heating systems, drainage, and domestic appliances
Cold water storage tank maintenance and renewal
Conduct basic carpentry, plastering, tiling, decorating, and general maintenance tasks as needed

Plumber Multi Trader Requirements:

NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing or at least 5 years of experience in the trade
Strong customer service skills, with experience working in occupied premises
Health and safety awareness and knowledge of best practices
Ability to use mobile technology (iPad/PDA)
A current CSCS card is desirable
Full, clean driving license with at least 1 year of driving experience

Plumber Multi Trader Details:

40 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime and call-outs
Permanent role with a salary of £35,000 per annum available
Subject to a satisfactory driving license check, qualifications check, and basic DBS disclosure
