Job Title: Prognostics, Health and Usage Monitoring (PHUMS) Engineer

What You'll Be Doing:
- Collaborating within an international team to develop PHUMS engineering solutions, providing input to a fast-paced, complex program.
- Engaging with customer and industry subject matter experts to elicit, understand, and capture user and system requirements for PHUM systems.
- Contributing to the development of concepts and philosophies for how PHUMS will be implemented, managed, and delivered end-to-end.
- Supporting the design, development, and specification of PHUMS requirements, overseeing implementation and mobilisation as the program transitions to the in-service phase.
- Helping develop strategies and plans throughout the lifecycle for the implementation of the PHUMS solution.
- Ensuring PHUMS integration with other product and service areas, such as IT, digital, and physical infrastructure, and interfaces with the air platform.
Your Skills and Experience:
Essential:
- HND Level 5 or Degree in a relevant engineering field (or demonstrable professional experience in similar roles).
- Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools (e.g. MooD, CAMEO, SysML, MagicGrid).
Desirable:
- Understanding of Diagnostic, Prognostic, Health, and Usage Monitoring technologies and techniques.
- Experience generating requirements and specifications for both airborne and ground-based systems.
