About the Company:
Panoramic Associates are currently working with a well-established provider of energy-efficient home improvement solutions, specialising in domestic retrofits. They are experts in delivering grant-funded upgrades that reduce customer bills, lower carbon emissions, and combat fuel poverty. Now, they are seeking a qualified Retrofit Coordinator to join their team

Role Overview:
As a Retrofit Coordinator, you will bring your expertise to oversee the assessment, design, monitoring, and evaluation of energy efficiency measures, ensuring compliance with PAS2030/2035 standards. This role offers an excellent opportunity to advance within a growing company and expand your technical knowledge of various insulation and heating systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of dwellings to determine appropriate retrofit measures.
  • Develop and evaluate design processes compliant with PAS2035 standards.
  • Oversee the implementation of energy efficiency measures, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained.
  • Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure all retrofit projects adhere to timelines, budgets, and regulatory standards.
  • Conduct regular on-site visits to monitor project progress and quality, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, ensuring the appropriate installation of various insulation and heating systems.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry standards and developments in energy efficiency technologies and techniques.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed documentation for each project, including assessments, designs, and completion reports.
  • Communicate with clients to manage expectations and provide updates on project progress.

Requirements:

  • Level 5 Retrofit Coordinator qualification.
  • Minimum of 2 year's experience in a similar role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of insulation and heating systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
