Our client, a reputable GP practice in Cornwall, is seeking a skilled Salaried GP to join their dedicated team. This is an excellent opportunity for a GP looking to work in a supportive environment while making a positive impact on patient care. As a Salaried GP, you will work alongside a team of experienced healthcare professionals, including ANP, clinical pharmacist, ECP for acute visiting, salaried GPs, and 6 GP partners. You will undertake a full range of services, such as duty sessions, triage lists, and manage your own list of patients clinically, contributing to the overall success of the practice.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality clinical care to patients across a range of services
  • Manage your own list of patients, ensuring continuity of care
  • Participate in duty sessions and triage lists as required
  • Utilise Emis Web to maintain accurate patient records
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care
  • Engage in practice management and quality improvement initiatives
