Job Description

Sales Administrator

• Must be able to fully use the telephone and have a confident and polite telephone manner.
• To assist Area Sales Managers, whether it be administrative support or sales enquires.
• To proactively sell our products to all customer types including merchants, developers, builders and homeowners at the expected margin.
• To process orders from start (quote stage) to finish (seeing that haulage is arranged, and delivery has gone in as planned)
• Arranging deliveries with customer and confirming with the Hauler.
• Ensuring the Sales Office samples display are up to date.
• Helping grow Essex depot customer base.
• To build knowledge of all products sold by ET Clay Products Ltd which will enable us to offer information/advice on these products to customers.

• To match/identify bricks and offer a suitable option.
• IT skills are required, must learn system and be able to navigate through different screens.
• To understand the mechanics of our pricing policy.
• Would need Basic Microsoft Package Skills
