Hamilton Woods Associates are currently working on behalf of a reputable housing association in Cheshire, who are recruiting for a Senior Asset Surveyor on an initial 6month FTC.

Responsibilities of the Senior Asset Surveyor:

Partnering with senior management to deliver the organisations Asset Management programme
Managing KPI's of contractors and consultants to bring work to completion
Completing both stock condition surveys and energy surveys across their social housing stock
Ensuring work is carried out to agreed specifications
Assisting with future proof planning plans in regards to zero carbon modelling

Requirements of the Senior Asset Surveyor:

Recent surveying experience within the housing sector
