We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior SAP FICO Lead (S/4HANA) to lead and drive the implementation, enhancement, and support of our SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules on the S/4HANA platform.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP FICO functionality, hands-on experience in S/4HANA implementations, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes and achieve strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
SAP S/4HANA Implementation & Integration:- Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP FICO (Financial Accounting & Controlling) modules within the S/4HANA environment.
- Manage the end-to-end SAP FICO implementation lifecycle, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support.
- Provide expert guidance on S/4HANA FICO best practices and industry standards, ensuring optimal utilization of the platform's capabilities.
Functional Leadership & Team Collaboration:- Lead a team of SAP FICO functional consultants and collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Supply Chain, IT, and Operations) to ensure alignment between business requirements and SAP solutions.
- Manage day-to-day activities of the SAP FICO team, mentoring junior consultants, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Solution Design & Process Optimization:- Design and implement SAP FICO solutions that optimize financial processes, streamline reporting, and improve data integrity across financial systems.
- Identify and recommend areas for system enhancements to improve business performance and ensure efficient financial operations.
- Conduct gap analysis and propose appropriate solutions for system integration, accounting, and controlling processes.
System Configuration & Customization:- Configure SAP FICO modules, including but not limited to General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profitability Analysis, and Internal Orders.
- Implement and maintain customizations, user exits, and BADI's (Business Add-ins) to meet complex business requirements.
- Perform regular system checks, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth system operation across SAP FICO modules.
- Support & Continuous Improvement:
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance of SAP FICO processes post-implementation, ensuring system stability and process optimization.
- Handle issue resolution, system troubleshooting, and performance monitoring of the SAP FICO environment.
Key Requirements:
Experience:- Minimum of 7-10 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO, with at least 3-5 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations.
- Proven track record of successful end-to-end SAP FICO implementations (preferably in S/4HANA), including system upgrades, migrations, or business transformations.
- Strong understanding of integration between SAP FICO and other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, PP, WM) and third-party systems.
- Solid experience in project management, team leadership, and managing cross-functional stakeholders.
