We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Sous Chef to work our busy kitchen at our boutique pub/hotel in the beautiful area of Rutland, The Finch's has recently been re-awarded a AA Two Rosettes and a 5 star Inn rating for the hotel. The Senior Sous Chef position, needs an individual who can lead the kitchen team, in the absence of the Head Chef. The Senior Sous Chef, will bring new ideas to the table and support the whole team in progressing the business further.

We currently have two prime locations, and will be expanding our family further. As we will be opening new establishments in 2025 and beyond. - 38k - 39k a year per annum paid weekly plus great tips

What we are looking for in our Senior Sous Chef
- A creative individual is used to working in a busy kitchen
- Experienced at Sous Chef level
- High standards of hygiene (food safety / health & safety / COSHH laws)
- Able to create a positive kitchen environment
- Willingness to share their knowledge with the team, through training
- Support the Head Chef in creating new seasonal menus
