Job Title: Microsoft 365 Server Migration Lead

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Project Lead to oversee a team of engineers in delivering a series of Microsoft 365 and server migrations from on-premises, Azure, and Nutanix data centres. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading engineering teams and successfully managing complex migration projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of engineers to deliver Microsoft 365 and server migration projects.

Work in conjunction the Project Management Team to develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.

Oversee the migration process from on-premises, Azure, and Nutanix data centres to Azure and Microsoft 365.

Ensure the integrity and security of data throughout the migration process.

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the migration.

Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and senior management.

Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in leading engineering teams and managing migration projects.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure platforms.

Proven experience in on-premises to cloud migrations.

Excellent leadership management skills, with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert) are a plus.
