Service Designer

Hybrid remote working (Infrequent travel to client site/HQ)

Up to £55k DOE

A leading Digital Consultancy with HQs around the U.K and overseas are looking to hire multiple Service Designers to join a long term project, we are open to considering candidates working as either a User Researcher or similar that has some Service Design experience and are keen to move into Service Design.

Primary skills and experience required:

Must be eligible SC clearance If you are currently cleared, this would be ideal but NOT essential.
Proven experience working across a service design process (This can be working with Service Designers and gaining some experience of Service Design)
Ability to visualise complex services in an easy-to-understand format for varying audiences
Strong understanding and experience of working in an Agile (scrum) environment in a cross-functional team.
Strong stakeholder Management experience

The role will be offered on a hybrid remote basis, as you will be assigned a HQ (London, Manchester or Glasgow) although any travel will be minimal and project dependant.
