Senior Geo-Environmental Consultant

Location:London (Flexible and Hybrid Working Model) (Will support relocation)

A leading environmental consultancy is seeking an experienced and ambitiousGeo-Technical Consultantto join their London team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in the growth and development of a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation.

Role Responsibilities

As aGeo-Technical ConsultantConsultant, you will:

  • Lead and manage environmental projects, including geotechnical assessments, contamination studies, and waste management evaluations.
  • Prepare bid proposals, compile factual and interpretative reports, and conduct senior-level reviews of environmental deliverables.
  • Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering technical growth and team cohesion.
  • Evaluate and refine operational practices, identify service gaps, and develop strategies for team expansion and service enhancement.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships.
  • Provide technical reviews and ensure compliance with evolving regulatory and legislative standards.
  • Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams, overseeing project delivery from inception to completion.

  • Strong experience in environmental consultancy, including hands-on expertise in site investigations, testing, and reporting.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including mentoring and team management experience.
