Principal Planning Officer
I am currently working with a Local Authority in the West Midlands who are seeking an experienced Planning consultant.
About The Role
The client is looking for a candidate to come in and hit the ground running with a varied caseload of large scale majors, small residential schemes and complex minor applications.
The role will be a hybrid between home working and in the office, with a presence required once every two weeks.
About The Candidate
The ideal candidate will be chartered by RTPI, or an equivalent qualification and have experience working within Local Authority Planning Departments.
When
The client is looking to interview and proceed with the right candidate before the new year.
