Principal Planning Officer

I am currently working with a Local Authority in the West Midlands who are seeking an experienced Planning consultant.

About The Role

The client is looking for a candidate to come in and assist with a range of large scale developments, ranging from 150-300 units, with a likelihood of working on some major residential schemes..

The role will be a hybrid between home working and in the office, with a presence required once every two weeks.

About The Candidate

The ideal candidate will be chartered by RTPI, or an equivalent qualification and have experience working within Local Authority Planning Departments.

The client is looking to interview and proceed with the right candidate as soon as possible.
