JOB Workshop Supervisor
LOCATION Buckinghamshire
TERM Permanent
SALARY Competitive depending on experience

A Buckinghamshire based company are looking for a Workshop Supervisor to join their team on a permanent basis.

The Workshop Supervisor will ideally have the following attributes:

BEng Electrical Engineering qualification or relevant discipline.
18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
Minimum 3 years experience in electrical design for solar power systems, generators or similar.
Good knowledge & experience with AC/DC systems.
Good understanding of the relevant health & safety regulations.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

The duties & responsibilities will include:

Lead & supervise the day-to-day running of the workshop.
Managing the full production process for projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
Ensuring health & safety regulations are met at all times.
Liaising with operations & other departments to ensure requirements are being met at all times.
