Satis Education are seeking an ambitious and inspirational interim Headteacher for our client school in the North East. If you’re a motivating and engaging leader, who can lead from the front and inspire we would be very keen to hear from you. Our client school is a thriving secondary school, and they are proud of their strong community, nurturing ethos and commitment to providing excellent opportunities for every learner. The position is to start as soon as possible and will be for the remainder of the academic year, initially.

What we are looking for: A leader who can manage and organise the personnel, financial and professional needs of the school’s resources and staff A proven track record in raising standards in teaching and learning, with measurable whole school improvements A leader with the interpersonal skills to develop strong working relationships with staff, parents, pupils and governors A role model who inspires and encourages others, through their dedication and commitment to raising standards Got what it takes?
