Synoptix is a Systems Engineering Consultancy supporting a wide range of blue-chip companies in various industries.

As a consultancy we contribute to some of the foremost engineering projects in the UK, typically supporting large and complex engineering programmes through the application of Systems Engineering principles.

We are looking for an experienced Safety Engineer who can assist with an ongoing project. This work can be delivered FULLY REMOTE, with ad hoc visits to customer site.

Skills we are looking for in a Safety Engineer:

Strong understanding of Systems & Safety engineering principles
Developing and implementing safety policies and procedures. Experience with implementing and delivering FMEA is preferable
Conducting risk assessments and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards
Collaboration with project teams and key stakeholders to drive progress
Proven experience in a safety engineering role, preferably in defence projects
Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards

This work will fall outside of the IR35 legislation.
