Your new companyA successful, family run manufacturing business in Dungannon. Due to a maternity leave they have a requirement for a P/T H&S Officer.

Your new roleWe are seeking a dedicated and qualified Health and Safety Officer to join our team on a part-time basis to provide maternity cover. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in health and safety management and will play a key role in maintaining a safe working environment for all employees. Conduct risk assessments and workplace inspections. Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety legislation. Deliver training sessions and toolbox talks to staff. Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions. Liaise with management to promote a culture of safety.16 hr week. What you'll need to succeedYou will be ideally have a NEBOSH qualification (essential). Proven experience in a health and safety role. Up-to-date knowledge of health and safety regulations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work independently and proactively. What you'll get in return
