The Role:
As General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the hotel's operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day management while driving performance across revenue, guest satisfaction, and team engagement. This is a hands-on role where leadership, creativity, and business acumen will shine.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and optimize the operations of the hotel, including accommodation, food and beverage, and meeting and event spaces.
- Lead and inspire a passionate team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and achieve operational excellence.
- Drive revenue through proactive sales strategies, focusing on the events, meetings, and weddings markets.
- Maintain and enhance the hotel's reputation through high standards of service and attention to detail.
- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial goals are met and exceeded.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and the local community.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and uphold best practices in all areas of operations.
