Position: Hotel General Manager

Location: Cheshire

Salary: £up to £65,000 plus bonuses

We are seeking an experienced Hotel General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our client's Country House Hotel, which has extensive leisure / spa as well as being the leading local wedding venue.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire a dedicated team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
Ensure smooth operations across the hotel, spa, restaurant, and events
Maximise revenue streams from weddings, corporate events, and leisure guests
Maintain the highest standards of service and hospitality in all areas
Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to grow the hotel's profile
Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and the local community

Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience as a General Manager or senior leader in a similar high-end hotel, spa, or wedding venue
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Financial acumen and experience managing P&L

Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, event-driven environment
