Position: Hotel General Manager
Location: Cheshire
Salary: £up to £65,000 plus bonuses

We are seeking an experienced Hotel General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our client's Country House Hotel, which has extensive leisure / spa as well as being the leading local wedding venue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a dedicated team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Ensure smooth operations across the hotel, spa, restaurant, and events
- Maximise revenue streams from weddings, corporate events, and leisure guests
- Maintain the highest standards of service and hospitality in all areas
- Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to grow the hotel's profile
- Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and the local community

- Proven experience as a General Manager or senior leader in a similar high-end hotel, spa, or wedding venue
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Financial acumen and experience managing P&L
