Key Responsibilities:

Drive operational excellence, ensuring exceptional service and seamless guest experiences.
Lead and inspire a dedicated team across multiple departments, including state-of-the-art spa, leisure, and wellness facilities.
Develop and implement strategic initiatives to maximise revenue, guest satisfaction, and staff engagement.
Ensure compliance with the highest standards of quality, safety, and sustainability.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including guests, corporate partners, and the local community.

Requirements:

Proven Hotel General Manager experience as a General Manager within businesses of £6m+
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of spa and leisure operations is an advantage.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
A results-oriented Hotel General Manager with mindset with a passion for hospitality excellence.
