Day-to-day of the role:

Lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional customer service.
Manage daily operations, including inventory, scheduling, and financial performance.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
Train, mentor, and develop staff to achieve their full potential.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role within the QSR industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Financial acumen and experience with budgeting and financial reporting.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
