As General Manager, you'll oversee daily operations, manage budgets, implement staff training, and ensure our venue delivers the outstanding experiences Draughts is known for. Working closely with the Operations Manager, youll drive efficiency, quality, and growth while fostering a supportive and engaging workplace culture.

• Ensure consistently high-quality service and a welcoming atmosphere.
• Engage with guests to create memorable experiences and foster loyal patrons.
• Oversee ambiance to reflect the Draughts brand identity.

• Lead daily operations and support staff as needed.
• Develop and execute policies to maximize revenue and maintain quality.
• Continuously improve operational processes for efficiency and compliance.

• Oversee recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
• Inspire and develop your team to deliver exceptional service, leading from the front.
• Conduct regular feedback sessions and promote professional growth.

• Manage budgets, targets, and financial reporting.
• Optimize staffing and resource allocation to meet financial goals.
• Provide financial insights to drive performance improvements.

• Experience: 2-3 years as a General Manager, ideally in hospitality.
• Leadership: Proven ability to inspire and lead teams effectively.
• Financial Acumen: Strong knowledge of P&L management and budgeting.
• Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills for delivering feedback and fostering a positive culture.
