Role Overview

As General Manager, you'll oversee daily operations, manage budgets, implement staff training, and ensure our venue delivers the outstanding experiences Draughts is known for. Working closely with the Operations Manager, youll drive efficiency, quality, and growth while fostering a supportive and engaging workplace culture.

Operational Management

  • Oversee recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.

  • Manage budgets, targets, and financial reporting.
