The Role

As General Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day running of the Bryntirion Inn, ensuring smooth operations, strong financial performance, and an outstanding guest experience. From food and beverage service to team leadership, you will play a key role in maintaining the pubs welcoming atmosphere while driving its ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and inspire the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
Oversee all aspects of food & beverage service, guest relations, and operations
Ensure financial targets are met, managing budgets and cost control
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, compliance, and safety
Work closely with the Pale Hall team to uphold the estates reputation
Recruit, train, and develop a motivated, high-performing team
