This multi faceted operation combines luxury family friendly Resort accommodation, an active Adventures, Golf and Leisure & Fitness Facilities. My client is looking for a career motivated General Manager to join this dynamic operator.
Role/ Responsibilities:
Business development through driving sales and implementation of Sales & Marketing strategies.
HR responsibilities including recruitment, training and development of staff.
Ultimate responsibility of consistently high standards of offer and guest experience.
Daily Stock Control and full weekly audit.
Daily and weekly reconciliation of sales/ end of week/ payroll - full P+L accountability
Achieving all KPI targets for your business through effective controls and management.
Skills & Experience:
Possess a passion and knowledge for food and drink
Have had previous experience in similar operation
Be a sales focussed and target driven individual motivated by achieving business goals.
Be driven and focussed on first class standards across every aspect of the operation.
Have shown loyalty and longevity throughout their career.
Have excellent planning and organisational skills.
Have excellent personal presentation and be consummately professional at all times.
