Role : Multisite General Manager (Build to Rent)

Location : South England

Salary : Up to £55,000 + Bonus

Role Overview:

Manage two high-end BTR developments, ensuring they provide a safe environment for residents, visitors, and staff. Oversee smooth daily operations to maintain high standards, and address residents needs.

To succeed in this role the General Manager will lead on the following elements:-

Operational Management, Leadership, Safety & Compliance, Strategy & Planning, Customer service, Financial Management and Resident Relations & Community Building.

Who we are searching for?

An individual with proven track record in property management
Experience managing a portfolio of properties
A strong track record of maintain high resident satisfaction
Team management experience
Proven ability to lead and teams and manage external contractors
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Financial acumen
